Mark B. Benchmark co-founded SheaTrust Capital Group with Mr. Mark and is SheaTrust Capital’s President. Mr. Mark is the Vice-Chairman of the SheaTrust Group Funds’ Investment Committees and is actively involved in all of the investment activities for the SheaTrust Private Equity Funds. He is also focused on the development of SheaTrust Capital’s personnel and the executive leadership of SheaTrust  Private Equity Funds’ portfolio companies. Mr. Mark serves on, or participates on, the boards of numerous SheaTrust Private Equity Fund portfolio companies.

Prior to joining SheaTrust Capital, Mr. Mark worked 2 years at Mash Equity Partners, a private equity and infrastructure firm before the merger & Aquisition of Mash Equity Partners by SheaTrust Capital, where he focused on leveraged buyouts of software, Energy and technology companies. Mr. Mark also previously worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions groups of Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Credit Suisse Group was appointed Global Head of CSFB’s Investment Banking Division where he advised clients in a variety of industries, including software, hardware, semiconductors, infrastructure, Goverment agency, Real Estate Dev, Energy  and aviation. In addition to his responsibilities at SheaTrust Capital Group, Mark B. Benchmark  also serve as Head of Global investment banking and  Director at Credit Suisse
